We love ice cream!

Hi! We’re a husband and wife team who LOVES ice cream! We came up with Dipsy in 2017 around the time we had our 1st child. After attending several weddings, we saw there were a lack of ice cream desserts & customized treat options. We sketched out our cart & dreamed of seeing our unique ice cream bars across Instagram. We had our 1st event in July 2017 and we’ve never looked back! In 2022, we opened up our Elmhurst ice cream kitchen for ice cream making parties and classes. We truly are living the ice cream dream!
